By using the Application, the user declares having read, understood and fully accepted the terms of this Policy.

• Registration and Identification Data name, email address, and other information provided during registration, either via email/password or Google OAuth authentication;
• Usage Data information related to the use of the Application, such as access logs, preferences, transcriptions, generated flashcards, and activity history;
• Technical Data information about the device used, IP address, operating system, device identifiers, and cookie data, if applicable.

3. Processing Purposes

Personal data will be collected and used for the following purposes:

• Enable the creation and management of the user's account;
• Provide and improve the Application's services, including the generation of transcriptions and flashcards;
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions, according to the available plans;
• Analyze and improve the user experience through analysis and monitoring tools;
• Send communications regarding updates, news, and relevant information about the Application;
